I brought in a couple of shirts that had food stains I thought were permanent. One of them had this weird little orange spot that reminded me of the carrot soup I spilled while standing next to my toaster, for some reason I remember that clearly. They got most of the stains out, and there’s only one tiny mark left, but it looks so much better than before. Pickup was easy enough too. I’m giving 4 stars just because it took a little longer than I expected.

I don’t really see what there is to complain about. I had a couple of questions, they got back to me quickly, and there wasn’t any messing around. Everything was clear, straightforward, and easy to sort out. I’d definitely use them again

Pickup went smoothly!! The driver showed up within the time window and was really nice!!! I just wish I had gotten a text update a little sooner, but overall it was a good experience!!

I brought in a few things to get altered, like two pairs of pants that needed hemming and a jacket that was a little boxy on me, and everything came back fitting really well. The pants weren’t dragging on the floor anymore, the jacket didn’t pull weird at the shoulders, the waist looked cleaner, and the stitching was neat enough that I couldn’t even really tell where the work was done.
It did take a few days, but that was totally fine since I wasn’t in a rush or anything. The price also felt fair, especially compared to other places where I’ve had hems come back uneven, sleeves end up too short, or something fits tighter than it should. This was just simple, normal, clean alteration work, which is exactly what I wanted...

Overall it was okay. I got one item wrong in my order, but the rest was fine, honestly. Not a huge deal, just a bit annoying since everything else was right.
